The Most Influential Leadership & Transformation Experts to Watch in 2026

Ken Hartley is a keynote speaker, author, leadership educator, and transformational voice with more than 30 years of experience in leadership development and speaking. Based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and working through Transformational Truths Global, he helps leaders and organizations strengthen influence, communication, connection, and performance.

Hartley’s leadership journey began unexpectedly at the age of 18, when he was placed in a leadership position overseeing people ranging from 22 to 86. He quickly learned that leadership was not simply a position, but a lifelong commitment to learning, growth, and service.

His distinctive approach combines leadership principles, behavioral insights, communication, and illusion to help audiences recognize the beliefs that shape their behavior and results. His work emphasizes a powerful principle: when beliefs change, behaviors can change, and consistent behavioral change can transform outcomes.

Hartley is particularly passionate about authentic and servant leadership. He encourages leaders to build genuine relationships, listen deeply, understand behavioral differences, and create environments where people feel valued and heard. His expertise also includes DISC behavioral insights, self-awareness, mindset, and human connection.

As a Certified Speaking Professional, Hartley designs keynotes around practical transformation rather than entertainment alone. His ultimate goal is to help people grow in confidence, lead authentically, build meaningful connections, and make a lasting difference in the lives of others.
